Rewind to 2015 when we first reached out to Helen re: the home buying process. We made it clear that we were simply exploring the idea. Helen understood and took the time to prepare us, answered all our questions, and constantly checked in on us in order to ensure that we had all of the information that we needed.
Fast forward to 2020, we met with Helen for a buyer’s consultation via Zoom. We explained to her our vision and what our ideal first home for our family would look like. The very next day, she DELIVERED. We ended up putting an offer for the very first property we looked at, and she negotiated with the seller for UNDER asking price. Helen took on all of the challenges and difficulties that came with the process and made it extremely easy on us. We were never worried because she was 100% transparent throughout the whole process and we knew we were in good hands.
Helen went above and beyond to provide us all the necessary information regarding purchasing our new home. Helen is always accessible and gives quick responses to all questions we had. She even spent a few hours explaining the 200+ page disclosure!

Helen is amazing!!
I was referred to Helen by a close friend of mine. I had previously been working for almost 6 months with another realtor. Looking at 3-4 houses each weekend and putting down offers left and right. We where getting nowhere and it was causing a lot of stress on not only myself but on our marriage. So many doubts and fears. I would tell my friend about how it was all bad. She kept telling me “it’s your realtor!! Trust me call Helen you won’t regret it.”
So we finally agreed to call Helen after not hearing from our other realtor for two weeks after putting two offers down. (Very unprofessional and frustrating)
Helen answered on the first ring. I explained what we had been dealing with. She asked questions and answered a lot of mine. This was on a Thursday night. By Sunday night we where already working with a loan agent and I sent her a few houses we had looked at with our previous agent just so she could see what we where looking for. I also sent her a house out other agent wouldn’t show us due to it being contingent. Helen within minutes was on the phone telling me she spoke to the listing agent and that the house might go back on the market. Next morning she had gotten us a scheduled time to go see the house (this was the following Monday after I first spoke to Helen) by Tuesday or Wednesday they had excepted our offer. ONE WEEK LATER... ONE HOUSE she showed us. The one we loved and she went above and beyond to get us in there and have them except our offer. Thanks to Helen we are now first time home owners and are absolutely happy and beyond blessed to have met and worked with Helen. My friend was right when she said call her you won’t regret it.
The only thing I regret is taking so long and not calling her right away.
